Return Policy

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earliest. Order processing and delivery time

The confirmation of your order will be made once the payment has been confirmed. The products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the user when making the purchase. This information may be provided to third parties responsible for delivering the products. We shall not be liable for any delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the user on the order form is incorrect or has been omitted.

The delivery times indicated for each product may vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of a delay, users will be informed as soon as this becomes known.

Transport costs

The price of the product will be increased by the amount of delivery costs for transport depending on the destination of the shipment. Once you have indicated the delivery address during the checkout process, the online shop will specify the exact amount of the shipping costs for your order.

Reverse shipments and returns are subject to a shipping surcharge of 0.50 EUR (domestic) and 1 EUR (international) on top of the paid shipping value.

Order cancellation policy

Make sure that the product you are buying is the one you want, once the purchase has been made it will not be possible to cancel the order. In the event that the product or service is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be informed by e-mail of the total or partial cancellation of the order, causing the total or partial refund of the charge generated in your current account or PayPal account. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the user to cancellation of the entire order.
