Vineyard: The average age of the vineyards is over 40 years.
Soil type: The composition of the terrain is diverse due to the erosion and sedimentation of the Duero River. Alluvial soils with boulders predominate.
Climate: Finca Torremilanos enjoys different microclimates marked by the Atlantic-Mediterranean confluence.
Elaboración: Maceration for 10 to 15 days. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks with the grapes' own yeasts and those of the harvest (half of the alcoholic fermentation was completed in the barrel). Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for a total of 13 months in 225-litre French and American oak barrels (25% second-use barrels). Clarified with natural, fresh, local and organic egg whites (35 g/hl). Filtered by a nominal micron before bottling.
