Green cardamom has a strong aroma of pine resin and eucalyptus. Its flavour is intense and warm, somewhat citric and sweet. Its intense green colour adds a very striking colour to cocktails. We recommend Spiced Gins such as: Magellan, Brecon Gin Botanical´s and Brecon Gin Special Reserve, Citadelle.
